Dublin One Force club open day at Liberty Park

Dublin One Force club recently hosted an open day in cooperation with the Corinthians boxing club and the Dublin NEIC at Liberty Park, Dublin 1.

This community event presented demonstrations of Taekwon-do and boxing and the opportunity for the public to participate in a fun and friendly environment highlighting the excellent work done by community clubs in Dublin 1 to keep young people active in sports.

The Taekwon-do demonstration team, including members of the team who are preparing for the upcoming World Cup competition in Spain, gave a fantastic demonstration of the art of Taekwon-do with spectacular sparring, patterns, special technique, flying kicks and breaking boards.
